Obsession
Can I play Obsession with five or six players using only the base game?
The designer said base rules work for five but components must come from Upstairs, Downstairs.

Not with base components alone. The base setup covers two to four players. Five players need Upstairs, Downstairs parts (extra START tiles, servants and reputation trackers). Six players need the same, including its extra footmen, lady's maids and valets, though not necessarily its new servant types.
