Visiting Higbee's is a free extra action on any of your turns, including a pass, any time after service is rotated or refreshed and while your Butler (or Underbutler) is available: expend him straight to Expended Service and take one or two servants, who go to Servants' Quarters and become available next turn. You cannot use the Butler's Room for this. Using them costs reputation, they do not count for objectives or milestones, and are worth 0 VP at game end; the -2 VP penalty belonged to the first ruleset. Each player gets one set; the 6-player mode is team play.
