A6's extra 4 electricity is a normal Energize, so all Turbine and Mine bonuses stack. D8 counts every placed railway, complete or not, at 6, 8 and 10 tiles for 4, 10 and 21 VP. B4 does not double the second reward of an x2 tile. B7 is the only way to gain Experiment B's two special tiles.
