Can one building count for two Contracts, and can I fulfil two Contracts in one turn?

A building counts for every Contract it satisfies, but you fulfil only one Contract per turn, so use them on different turns. You can fulfil a Contract right after taking it, before, between or after the tile's actions, but not in the middle of an action, and normally only on a turn when you play a tile above your board.
