What are the starting cards, and why do the starting expansion cards have different prices?
The starting tile you pick names your three starting cards, which begin face up in the three resting slots, so no resting deck is empty in round 1. The four "1" expansion cards are handed out by turn order and carry different crate prices, with later players getting more valuable ones to offset their position; the price matters when you sell a card for money at a bonus space.
