The Goods action text requires one type and at least one card; players confirm partial use.

You must pick at least one goods card of a single type (coffee, bananas or cotton) per Goods action, but you may leave other cards of that type unused. Types cannot be mixed, except when buying a card with the improved version of the price-reduction track bonus.
