When does a solo or co-op game end, and does finishing all Missions win?
The rulebook's Solo & Co-op end of game section lists these.

It ends when the Lord Ruler's deck runs out (loss), all players are eliminated (loss), the Lord Ruler reaches 0 health (win), or someone plays 4 Atium on Confrontation (win). Finishing every Mission track doesn't end it, but it stops Edict healing.
