What happens when a player is eliminated in co-op?

They are out immediately: their turns are skipped and they draw no Lord Ruler cards, and the player count drops for cards that use it. A later heal on the same Edict doesn't revive them. If a player dies partway through an Edict, the rest of that Edict is still finished.
