When I burn Atium as another metal, does it count as both Atium and that metal?

Yes — an Atium token or Atium card burned as another metal counts as both Atium and that metal for ally and character abilities, whether it powers a non-Atium card or is burned for no direct effect. Declare the second metal when you burn it. The exception is an Atium token powering an Atium card, which has no second metal. A non-Atium card used as a vial counts as just one metal of its pair.
