Does an ally's second effect trigger when I burn a second copy of its metal on an Action card?
The rulebook's Ally anatomy says the additional effect happens if at least that many of the metal are burned.

Yes — if the ally shows an additional-metal bonus, burning two Iron (for example on Crash) meets both conditions, so both Pickpocket effects trigger.
