Can a villain have Stunned and Webbed Up at the same time, and can a villain or hero be double-stunned?

A character can hold only one status card of each type, so a villain cannot be double-stunned. Stunned and Webbed Up can coexist on a villain; Status Card effects take timing priority, so the stun cancels the first attack and Webbed Up triggers on the next one. Stacking is not an issue for different types.
