In the Sinister Motives reputation track, do I get multiple S.H.I.E.L.D. Tech cards from the four nodes next to a white box?

No. Only one node connected to the white box grants an upgrade; the other nodes have no effect. Node effects are applied when you fill them in during reputation calculation after a scenario.
