Does Now We're Angry lose a rage counter for every attack on Venom, including attack upgrades?

Question

Accepted Answer

Only attacks that actually damage Venom remove a counter, and that includes attack upgrades labeled as attacks, not just basic powers and attack events. Damage from your own Retaliate is not an attack, so it does not count.
