Can I play Dive Bomb while engaged with a Guard minion?

Yes. Abilities resolve one sentence at a time, so the 7 damage lands first. If it defeats the Guard minion, the second sentence can hit the villain; if not, it hits every other enemy except the villain and the one already damaged.
