Can I take bonus actions once I have no dice left?

Not on later turns. Once you have no dice left you automatically pass, so you cannot take bonus actions. On the last turn in which you still have a die you can take bonus actions before or after your normal action, so do anything you need then, such as buying a black die to keep playing.
