When is the face-up card display refilled after I take a card?
At the end of your turn (after Phase C), and only if you took a face-up card. While you are still drawing, you choose among the cards left in the display, so after taking one you have only three to pick from. The English rulebook says only "Refill the display to four cards" and, read literally, could suggest refilling just at interim scoring; the designer called that a translation slip and said the original German end-of-turn timing is the intended rule.
