You immediately score 20 VP for each scoring still to come, including the current one (and final scoring counts), then the marker goes back to the start of the track and keeps counting from the overflow. For example, moving to 22 in round IV gives 2 on the track plus 20 VP at once. It equals what a longer track would give, and may happen repeatedly.
