Maracaibo
On the Resistance File ship board, may markers of the same colour sit next to each other, and can each player use city 7a?
Markers of the same colour may not be placed next to each other, but the same colour may appear again with others between them (white, blue, red, white is fine). Each player may place an affiliation marker on city 7a.
