Moving a card from your hand to one of the three planning spaces is a free action; do it as often as you have cards and free spaces, but only during Phase B of your turn (not in interim scoring). Planned cards do not count against your hand limit and can be bought later with a village action, but you cannot discard them, return them to your hand or use them as goods. Cards in a planning space score nothing at the end.
