How many discs do legacy tiles L10-L17 need, and what do the check marks mean?
The designer gave the 2-player and solo disc counts and the check mark ruling; the printings differ in marking.
The tile is complete when every circle on it holds a disc, including a circle with a check mark; the check only reminds you to read the story card. In a 2-player game the story card tells you to place one disc when the tile enters, and in a solo game you add one more, so you start with two. First-printing tiles show the check mark; second-printing tiles do not, which removed the confusion. The designer's replies about whether a checked circle needs a disc wavered in wording, but both amount to covering all circles.
