How does Jean score at interim scoring, and does she get the 2 VP for not buying a card?
At each income step Jean scores the highest-value empty space on her automa board plus 1 VP per project card she has collected (not the card's printed VP). She keeps those cards for the whole game. She gets no 2 VP for skipping a card purchase, since that is compensation for not buying a card and she cannot buy; she takes no action when interim scoring starts on her turn.
