When do the VP on the doubloon income track score?
The rulebook says to ignore the doubloon track's VP during interim scoring and to score its position in final scoring.

Only in final scoring: instead of doubloons you score the VP shown at your marker's position. It is not a running total; you get just the amount at that spot. During interim scoring the doubloon track pays doubloons and its VP are ignored.
