Does placing a marker with Conquer Village give influence or flag rewards?
The designer confirmed villages have no flags, and community replies agree the card gives no influence; no designer post states the influence point directly.

No. The card only places a marker on a free village and does not move you on the influence track; villages have no flags (only cities do), so there is no flag reward either.
