The compass city action gives one village action per compass. Do I get another action if I buy a compass during it?
No. The number of village actions is counted once, when the city action starts; compasses you buy or gain during it do not add actions. Count the compasses on your ship board and in your display at the start of the action.
“First determine the number of village actions and this number does not increase, when you buy additional compasses.”
