Agenda cards and the traitor mechanic appear only in Hidden Depths, and posters report they are not used in solo games. With several players, the deal can be made so no one is a traitor (posts describe this as possible at 2 to 4 players), and the app lets each player answer that they have no agenda, so a fully cooperative game is possible.
