Count the spaces within range of you, including your own space. If two or fewer spaces are in range when you end your turn, you suffer 1 facedown Horror; three or more is safe. Walls and doors stop the count, so a small room needs a connected hallway or room to keep you safe. A minority of posters count your own space as zero, but most count it.
