Can a Mandala be completed if both Fields are empty?
The rulebook's completion text allows it, and the forum agreed it is rare; the all-empty-Fields case isn't addressed directly.

Yes — a Mandala is complete when all six colours are among its Mountain and Fields, so a Mountain showing all six colours completes it. Players still choose colours in turn, but a player with no Field cards discards what they claim.
