Can Zoarstar, Bribe Agent or Recover the Magister's Orb take the first player marker from Castle Waterdeep?
Yes. Using Castle Waterdeep's action by any of those effects takes the first player marker from whoever holds it, including when two agents end up there in one round: the last player to use the action holds it. Castle Waterdeep also gives you an Intrigue card.
