How does Lacerda gain Influence in solo mode?
When he builds a ship he gains Influence equal to the total of his Ships plus the Influence in your Portfolio, and he gains it again at Church Scoring. Lacerda has no board, so he discards Clergy tiles for their wigs rather than keeping them.
