Which Influence do the "most Influence" Decrees count?
Decrees 65 and 66 use the Influence track. Decrees 67 and 68 use the Influence icons on your Portfolio cards. For decrees scored with money or Influence, cash out the track for the scoring without moving the marker, so both the money and the Influence decrees score.
