How much Attack does it cost to scan a room?
The rulebook says each room has its own Scan Cost and that scan abilities do not pay it.

Each room of the Complex has its own Scan Cost printed on the board, so check the room you want. Players note that the two end rooms cost 2 rather than 3. Abilities that let you scan a room skip the cost.
