How many Drone cards does the newer chart use for three players?
The designer commented on the new chart in the thread where it was introduced.

Nine in total, spread as 2, 3 and 4 across the three Hive mini-decks. The old rule also gave nine (one per player in each of three decks), so the new chart changes the distribution and difficulty, not the three-player total.
