How many Coordinate cards can I give, and how many can the active player receive?
The rulebook says you can only Coordinate one card to each player but multiple players may each coordinate one.

You may coordinate one card to a given player per turn, and every other player can each give one. So on your turn you can receive at most one from each other player, and play any number of them. On your own turn you can play your own Coordinate cards freely as normal cards.
