How can I get rid of a Chestburster already in my deck?
The rulebook says a killed Chestburster goes back to the Hatchery.

Kill it. Quarantine Procedure, Internal Exam and Ruthless can kill cards in your deck, and effects like I Mostly Just Hurt People can kill cards in your discard pile. Without such a card it will eventually be drawn and kill you. Killed Chestbursters return to the Hatchery.
