Le Havre
Does a building I build or buy belong to me or to the town, and can I buy another player's building?
The rulebook says buildings are sold only to the town and that the town's buildings are the ones for sale.

It is yours: built or bought, it goes in front of you and other players pay you the entry fee to use it. Only selling it sends it to the town. You cannot buy another player's building or sell to another player; buildings sold to the town can then be bought back by anyone.
