Which buildings start the full game owned by the town?
Only the green Construction Firm and the two Building Firms, whatever the player count. Standard building cards marked START instead of a tick are only added to the town in the shortened game, so ignore them in the full game; the dark ticks on a card's back tell you whether it is used in the full game.
