How does shipping work at the Shipping Line, and how much energy does it cost?
The rulebook's Shipping Line entry gives the energy and capacity per ship.
Your disc goes on the Shipping Line, not on a ship. Pay 3 energy for each ship you use: a wooden ship ships 2 goods, iron 3 and steel 4, counting individual goods in any mix, and luxury liners cannot ship. Energy above the 3 per ship is lost, so one coke can cover several ships. The goods pay their F value shown on the tokens.
