The Church cannot be bought, so if you sell it to the town nobody can buy it back; it must be built with resources. To enter you need at least 5 bread and 2 fish (smoked fish does not count), and you receive another 5 bread and 3 fish. Only one set is multiplied per visit and both parts apply together.
