How does hiding in Tall Grass work: does it stop a survivor being a threat or being targeted?

Hiding costs an activation (you only disappear if you are standing in the grass). A hidden survivor is not a threat until they attack or leave the grass, and hiding removes the priority target token. Standing in grass alone does nothing, a monster that already picked you as its target keeps you as the target, and reactions or traps that target the attacker still apply.
