Do monsters path around terrain, and does terrain hurt them?

Monsters ignore terrain tiles unless a card says otherwise, so they take the shortest route over or through them (Impassable included); passing over Destructible terrain archives it. Obstacle still blocks their field of view, and only a few monster-impassable pieces stop them. Monsters moving over a Sinkhole don't fall in, and there is no height advantage.
