How does Gorment armor's Guard work with the Knuckle Shield and Dried Acanthus?

Guard spends survival rather than losing it, so it is probably optional. Guard blocks and the Knuckle Shield's wound bonus are redundant and don't stack. Dried Acanthus can be activated whenever you choose, so resolve the Gorment armor first and then decide whether to use it.
