Does Frenzy Drink take an activation, last the showdown and stay on the gear grid?

Yes to all three: it costs a lightning-bolt activation, grants frenzy until the end of the showdown, and isn't archived, so it stays in your grid. A frenzied survivor can't use Fighting Arts or survival.
