Does an automatic crit such as the Founding Stone's wound the monster, and what if a trap is drawn?

A thrown Founding Stone always hits and counts as a critical wound, but only if the hit location it lands on has a Critical Wound section: then apply that effect, record a wound, and ignore the location's reactions. If the location has no critical wound, the stone does not wound and is lost. If a trap is drawn, the stone is archived and nothing is wounded.
