Hunt XP, yes: in the aftermath of the First Story showdown, fill in the first Hunt XP box. The Catarium, no: it is added the first time the White Lion is defeated in the campaign, not in the prologue. When starting a new campaign after losing a settlement, the rulebook lets you skip the First Story showdown and roll for starting resources instead.
