What happens at the Finale's trail of corpses if no survivor has 3 understanding, and do survivors earn XP after the Watcher?
If no survivor has 3 or more understanding, the group draws 3 basic resources from the corpses and the event ends with no table roll; the table is only reached when a survivor has at least 3 understanding. After the Watcher victory the rulebook lists only +1 permanent strength and then Blackout, and community reports confirm no weapon proficiency is awarded. If population reaches 0, trigger the Game Over story event.
