Generally no: expansion quarries are extra options, and you choose which to hunt each year. Sunstalker and Dragon King can be added as quarries to the base campaign (not hunted in their own). Forum replies name only the Spidicules and the Slender Man as exceptions; each expansion's own rulebook says how it is added.
