Can Propulsion Drive be used outside the Dung Beetle Knight fight, and do two Digging Claws give two rerolls?
Propulsion Drive is a fighting art you can gain from the Dung Beetle Knight innovation or pick randomly, and it works in any showdown, not only against the knight. Digging Claws let a survivor reroll the single d10 they roll for Mineral Gathering (the reroll can be saved for a later part of the event). With two Digging Claws you do not get two rerolls: only one is fully effective and the second just gives the paired speed bonus.
