Does brain damage trigger After Damage effects?
Contested. The errata-thread answer is no, since brain damage is separate from physical damage, though each point still counts toward Infectious Lunacy and Frenzy. Others argue that brain damage absorbed by insanity is still damage, as armor soaking physical damage is. The rulebook doesn't settle it.
