Do Blue Charm and Spear Proficiency trap-cancel rolls stack?

Yes — each gives its own roll to cancel a trap, so if the first roll fails you can try the other. A successful cancel negates the whole trap, including the monster standing up and the attack ending, though Blue Charm only discards the trap, costing you that hit location.
