If I sacrifice my last unit on the Delta temple, do I still keep its VP?
The official FAQ and the designer agree.

No. Leaving the temple empty returns its temporary VP, and you can no longer count it toward the two-temple permanent VP. The official FAQ says the Prayer Points come first, so you cannot take the permanent VP and then sacrifice. The designer confirmed this in 2018 and said an older note suggesting otherwise was a mistake.
